1.WHERE IS CALIFORSTYLE LOCATED?
We are based in London. So rest assure your order will come to you on time!
2.IS THE CALIFORSTYLE SITE SECURE?
Yes, you can shop at ease. All data is encrypted and secure, and all security measures are in place by Shopify.
3.WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Fast shipping within the USA takes about 5 - 9 business days. Standard shipping within the USA takes about 8-15 business days. Califorstyle does not ship on weekends and holidays.
4.WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted we are not able to change or cancel the order. However, if you call us within one (1) hour of your purchase, we may be able to cancel the entire order so you can start over. Please note, we can only do this if the order is not already being processed by the warehouse. Our representatives can be reached Monday through Friday 9 AM – 5 PM Email at contact@califorstyle.com.
5.WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you do not receive a confirmation email(s) within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your junk or spam folder, the email address you registered might be incorrect. Please contact our customer service via email .
6.WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will still process and ship your order and notify you via your order that an item is out of stock. This process is in place to make sure your order is not delayed. We will automatically issue you a discount code in the amount of the item minus the discount code used. If you choose not to use your code, you can also choose a new product and tell our customer service about your choice through email.
